Ground Rent Valuations
As soon as you send us your ground rent details we will be able to give you a valuation based on the information provided. If your leases are in excess of 80 years it will be fairly straight forward. However if your leases have an unexpired term of under 80 years we have to use a different formula to for our valuation. As soon as the leases dip under 80 years the landlord will be entitled to charge the leaseholder a premium for a lease extension which makes the valuation higher for the landlord.
